Dear friends,

I love love love love love preaching at School Chapels!

Kids are smart and can understand Theology when it’s explained to them in words they understand.

And to have them for a good half hour to engage their minds and teach solid Theology is a real treat!

Recently I got to teach two chapels on the same day at a local Christian School. One had grades 7-12, and then the other had K-6. Both were terrific!

The kids were so attentive and awesome and answered questions and were superb.

I typically start off Chapel with a quick Gospel Magic Trick. (There’s no such thing as magic; just an illusion.) We are very visual learners and a pre-evangelistic illusion can really capture the kiddos and get them ready to hear the main message. It captures the attention of adults too!

The young man who volunteered to help me is named Noah, and he was a great sport!

By far the most important part of Chapel is the Bible Message.
